Once children have either completed schooling or are at an age where they are not going to close the gaps in their schooling, we assist with placing them into a working environment or a skills programme.

With the assistance of UKZN Masters Psychology students, we are able to determine the best route to follow in terms of vocational suitability for each individual.  Children are put through a basic assessment and feedback is given to I Care on the assessment outcomes.  Through the assistance of some of our partners, we are then able to place individuals into the various working / skills environments.
