After successfully completing 3 months of the Adolescent Development Programme at our Umuzi centre down the South Coast, the boys enjoy a graduation ceremony where they are given certificates of acknowledgement, school uniforms and a Zulu Bible.

The boys select items of dance, poetry and song which they present to an audience made up of I Care staff, boys residing in our houses who have previously been through the programme, their parents and siblings, partners of I Care and boys currently in the Outreach programme at the Hope Centre.

The day is a lot of fun amidst some apprehension from the boys who now enter another new phase in their progression.  I Care is always so proud of the boys for coming this far and will continue to walk with them closely.
